Our meat fine cutting team is composed of highly qualified specialists. They are experts in their craft, highly skilful, and are also optimally trained in meat technology by the company. This is the only way to guarantee consistent high-quality production as demanded by the customers.
In addition, the company has succeeded in continuously increasing production volumes. Using innovative technology and optimised production planning, we presently have the capacities for fine cutting 80-100 t of meat.
