All production processes comply with these standard criteria and are inspected internally and externally on a continuous basis.
High meat quality begins with the selection of suppliers and partners. Without exception, all meat originates from trustworthy slaughterhouses. The entire cooling chain, from the delivery and modern air-conditioned cutting rooms through to the delivery, is permanently monitored and controlled.
